At AutoLux, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you aren't, you can request a return under the following conditions:

1. Deadline for Returns

1.1. You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
1.2. After this time, we will not be able to accept returns.

2. Conditions for Return

2.1. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2.2. Returns of electrical products are not accepted.
2.3. The customer must present the purchase invoice.

3. Return Process

3.1. Write to accesoriosautoluxgt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
3.2. Our team will evaluate the request and provide you with the next steps.
3.3. The customer covers the return shipping costs (except in cases of defective products).
3.4. Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
